During and even after treatment, patients of most lifestyle diseases need consistent and holistic care.However, doctors are not equipped to manage a patient between two visits. This leads to lower adherence to treatment and suboptimal outcomes.

COMPANY

Numen is building a cardiac disease management platform specifically focused on long-term and lifestyle diseases. It will be compatible with doctors to provide a comprehensive care continuum to patients. It will help patients and caregivers understand ongoing treatment better, improve their adherence to it, monitor their vital parameters, and raise red flags when necessary. The platform is currently centred around holistic cardiac care, but eventually aims to extend to other specialties as well.
